Content Policy
10 Second App creates public web apps from short user ideas. Prompts and generated apps must be safe, lawful, respectful, and appropriate for a public link.
Age-Appropriate Use
10 Second App is not intended for the Kids Category. Generated apps are public links, and users should not submit prompts or generated content that are inappropriate for younger audiences or that exploit, endanger, identify, or target minors.
Not Allowed
- Hateful, harassing, bullying, or discriminatory content.
- Sexual content involving minors or exploitative sexual content.
- Explicit sexual, pornographic, or adult image-generation requests.
- Threats, instructions for violence, or content encouraging harm.
- Graphic violence or real-world weapon harm.
- Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, credential theft, or malware.
- Private personal data submitted without permission.
- Copyright-infringing or impersonation-based requests.
- Generated app behavior that tries to evade safety review, exfiltrate secrets, or access unsupported network/native capabilities.
Moderation Before Publish
Generated apps are reviewed before they are published. If a prompt or generated artifact fails validation or safety review, the app is not published and the user sees a failed state instead of a public app link. Non-graphic fictional gameplay can be accepted when it does not include threats, real-world harm, or instructions for violence.
Generated Web Apps
Generated apps are public web artifacts, not native apps. They run in a constrained web runtime, do not receive native iPhone APIs, and do not receive provider secrets or direct database credentials. The native iPhone app opens generated app links in Safari.
Reports And Deletion
Creators can delete their own generated apps. Anyone who sees a generated app can report it for moderation review. Reports are tracked in an operator queue and may lead to removal or other moderation action.
